Hi, I’m Tony Lloyd, and you can hear me on Coalville Public Radio with Love From Tony.

I started working in radio and music as a teenager, and it’s led me into sound engineering, filmmaking and audio production. I still enjoy being behind the mic and sharing a show with the people listening.

Love From Tony is carried by more than 100 stations around the world. I also host Music Stories and Human Stories, two podcast series that give me the chance to hear more about people’s lives and experiences.

Away from presenting, I teach radio, media and podcasting skills to people who want to have a go themselves. My other work includes producing and editing audio, making films and photography.

Working across those different areas means there’s usually a new project to get stuck into. I enjoy helping someone develop their presenting skills just as much as putting my own experience into a programme or film.

There’s plenty of variety, but telling stories and sharing them runs through it all. I hope you’ll join me for Love From Tony on CPR.
